Methodology
Insightful surveyed 1,400 full-time employees in the United States in partnership with specialist research firm Pollfish. The survey featured 30 multiple-choice questions designed to uncover the root causes of workplace stress, its impact on employee productivity and well-being, and strategies to reduce stress.
