Why I Joined Insightful: A Shared Vision

Insightful was a rocket ship I didn’t want to miss getting a seat on - that was my feeling about the company from the moment I sat down with Ivan, CEO of Insightful, learned about the software's top use cases, and realized that this is what every company with computer-facing employees needs to thrive.

While initially I was attracted to Insightful out of sheer curiosity, that quickly turned into conviction that Insightful and I share the same vision:

My Leadership Journey: From Challenges to Confidence 


Before Insightful, my leadership journey has been anything but conventional. Taking on the Head of Marketing role at a startup while six weeks pregnant and often being the only woman in the leadership room has come with its fair share of challenges that have shaped me. 

Along the way, I’ve realized it’s not about being the loudest but about staying authentic - passionate, confident, and able to handle conflicts with care. Sometimes, a perfectly timed laugh is all it takes to break the tension. I now use all that I have learned to build great things at Insightful.

What inspires me most about Insightful isn’t just the product - it’s the people behind it. Insightful comprises some of the smartest, most passionate, kindest (and funniest!) people I’ve worked with.


With teammates from all over the world, I’m once again reminded of a lesson I’ve learned throughout my career: assuming is the enemy of understanding. Different cultures bring different ways to approach work, stay driven, and get messages across. That’s why keeping communication open is key. Understanding different points of view is one of the most rewarding aspects of working in a global team.
