New Feature Alert - Label Recommendation System
Find out how Insightful makes it easier than ever to label the productivity of apps and websites.
Keeping in line with our commitment to bring you the best employee monitoring software, Insightful is happy to announce the release of our new cutting-edge Label Recommendation System!
Our employee computer usage tracker now includes a convenient Label Recommendation System that makes it easier than ever to apply productivity labels to apps and websites.
The Label Recommendation System is intended to help ease the burden of clients having to label every application and website individually with a label of productive, unproductive, or neutral.
What is Recommended Labeling?
Our recommended labeling system makes personalized recommendations for apps and websites based on the app usage of our client base, making it easier than ever to label apps and websites.
Clients can review recommended labels for certain apps and websites and can opt to apply the recommendations in bulk for easy labeling or override the recommendation with another preferred label.
We only provide label recommendations for unlabeled apps and websites. Insightful will never override labels that clients have already applied.
Who is it for?
This feature is available only on an organizational level. Recommendations or auto-labeling will not be available at a team level, only admins will have permissions for it.
This feature will be automatically available for our cloud-based clients, is available for all payment plans, and will be updated regularly.
How does it work?
Notifications
Admins can open notifications from any page and see Recommendations for unlabeled apps and websites and “Others” (apps & websites we don’t yet have a recommendation for). Apps and websites in the Recommendations are clickable and will redirect you to the corresponding page.
Filter View
The recommended labels page appears under Unlabeled in the filter view. The Others page contains apps and websites that we do not have a recommended label for. All Labeled apps and websites can be filtered by Productive, Neutral, or Unproductive.
Unlabeled Filter View
From the Unlabeled page, you can view all recommendations for unlabeled apps. You can choose to accept the recommendation or choose an alternative label.
Bulk Labeling
Admins can select up to 500 apps and websites to apply recommendations in bulk. The Select All option will select all apps and websites on the page up to a limit of 500.
